EERSTA SNIT NHD is a cutting oil based on hydrotreated mineral base oils. Under addition of special mist reducing and anti-wear additives the following properties are obtained:

• high load-carrying properties
• minimal tool wear
• reduced mist load in the air
• skin-friendly

This heavy-duty neat cutting oil has to be used undiluted for machining of high alloyed, stainless, austenitic, acid and heat-resistant steels. This oil shows excellent results by working with difficult operations like deep-hole drilling, tapping, shaping or shaving of gears.

There is a risk of staining of non-ferro metals.
